Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Power Moves: Upper Body" - 20 min.
Blender- "Extra 5 min. Upper Body add-on"
Blender- "Upper Body Chair Stretch & Foam Rolling" - 10 min.
IFit- "Thunder & Lightning" Treadmill workout - 20 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Bully Juice bodyweight workout of 46 minutes and added on another 5 minutes of non-stop bi's and tri's. That's it for today. I will do more stretching now.

Great to see you both getting in your workouts yesterday, Annette and Nora. You both pulled off big workouts.

I am out of town again at the weekend until Tuesday (yes, Ottawa).

Hi ladies,

Today was 75 minutes of weight work including sled and floorwork. Hit all muscle groups with dumbbells, machines, sled and floorwork. Had to fight for room to do the sled but with a couple of asking people to move I got it done.

Great job Annette with 75 minutes of weight work including sled and floorwork. Sometimes
we just gotta tell people to move it ! :) I remember when I went to the pool and worked out
in the water, if there were kids around (and it really wasn't supposed to be) I was definitely
the kid "magnet". I don't know how many times I had to tell (ask?) them to move, which
didn't often work and lifeguard did nothing. One of the reasons I gave up my membership.

did you get your new Kelly workouts yet? I have been reading reviews on VF, most like
them, but something about a echoing sound in them. I am not currently subscribed to
her Raw app, but I have been checking to see when she adds them…soon I think.
 
Yes, Linda I did get them. I have reviewed them both. Total body Timesaver Scupt- ranges from 7 min warm Not includede in each workout, but you can choose to add it before a workout. The Total Body Strength Timesaver ranges from 6 min warm up not included in each worut have to add separately, and the longest workout is 19 Min. They are truly a nice collection of time efficient workouts, very time friendly. I think you would like them. Kelly has a limited stock of those ones when the run out that is it. Just so you know.

I don't think I'll order the dvds, but if she adds them to her app, I may subscribe for a month,
and try some of them.
