Hi ladies,

Crossfire today, but I wanted to lift, so I did the Upper Body only premix from 4DS.

Tomorrow - Crossfire!
 
Hi all,

The humidity is back along with the heat, so my workout was cut short because of that fact.

I did Gym Styles warm up, most of shoulders and most of biceps for my weight work, then I did MMA Kickboxing but only the first combo and drill, it was just too hot to continue.:(

But at least I did something that burned calories.:D
