Hi Siobhan,
Missed you yesterday, but saw that you took a rest day. I am sure it was greatly appreciated.
Today I came to the gym and did 65 minutes worth of weight work including barbell for chest, machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps , triceps and shoulders plus I used the medicine ball for front raises, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Plus a stretch.
Glad you got a workout in today.
