Today's workouts:

Blender- "Chest w/Biceps on the side" - 17 min.
Blender- "STS 2 add-on - Shoulders" - 7 min.
YT- Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Triceps weight plate workout
Blender- 15 min. Cardio Hiit

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I tried out two new instructors on youtube - Bully Juice and Midas MVMT. It was heavy weight focused for 50 minutes - upper body only. I added on 10 minutes of abs. This was a challenging workout and I loved it.

Nice workout today Linda! Lots of variety.
Annette and Nora - you both got in your workouts (Nora - wowza - you did a lot!)

Hi ladies,

Today was 85 minutes of weights, sled, and floorwork. I did a lot of super sets, no rest between exercises for the same muscle group. Not overly heavy weights but still felt with the moderate weights used.

Did the sled mostly for cardio but the last run with 6 plates felt more like a strength exercise.

Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch at the end.

No workout tomorrow hubby has surgery tomorrow morning.

Great workouts all around.

& plus the abs you added in. Long workout!
