Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Cathe's Boxing workout. It's a nice intermediate workout. Bursts of intensity with lots of punching. It was perfect for today.

Conni - I sure hope all is well in Ohio.

Carmen - I hope you get a chance to try Cathe's boxing. The cardio is short and stops around 35 minutes or less.

Annette - Have great gym workout!

Well ladies, I was influenced by you both. I made my purchase last night. I went over the workouts again. It looks really good and new in concept for me so I am glad I pressed the 'submit' button. Submit to Cathe.....

Things are holding steady here in Ohio, not really calm, and DH is still not better, so I think he will be in the hospital for awhile yet.
Fun times....

Yesterday was upper body split 1 - I did S90 Chest, Shoulders and Tri's, then core and stretch from MM.

Today was Plyo legs - I did Hiit 40/20, then Amy's Drop Set legs, core and stretch.

First go around with this new Amy workout ( wink wink ), and it was a pleasant surprise. Tough moves and I like the variations, which really add to the mental challenge.

Okay, I guess I have to preorder now.........
 
Hi gal, today was cardio so no gym today. I did 25 min. of Taebo's Cardio Explosion with weighted gloves on.

Busy day and tomorrow no workout, no gym, :( boys have dentist appts. then we are going to Annapolis to see MIL in the hospital and a new niece being born via a section today at 1 PM so a very busy day tomorrow also.

Good evening I attended a class all day today and came home exhausted so no workout tonight.

With the wedding right around the corner I'm feeling guilty about spending the money on the new DVDs. :(
