Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's latest LMR 2 for lower body - 49 minutes. That was really good! I just love Cathe.

Nora - Great mix of Kaleigh and KCM yesterday!

Hi Siobhan and all who follow,

Today was a very long gym circuit going heavy on just about everything. Flye machine to 1 rep at 150, back machine using 35 pounds each side, shoulder machine with 25 on each side, dumbbell chest press with 20's and 25's, hammer curls same weights as chest press, bicep curls with 10's, wrist curls with 10's, Arnold press with 12.5 and shrugs with (I don't remember, hahaha), seated clean and press with 10's, overhead triceps with 12.5 I think.

Then the sled up to 12 plates which was a bear to push. Ended with floorwork for abs mostly some weighted exercises.

Total time 120 minutes, oh my!!

I am beat!!

I started with a Peloton 30 minute sculpt barre class, using a variety of equipment. These routines always have a dread factor for me. My legs were fried with the 2 pound ankle weights. I was still feeling it afterwards when doing Live 59-Step On It. Nice cardio factor but you definitely need to be familiar with Cathe’s cues and combos.

120 min gym circuit workout using dumbbells and machines not to mention a stellar 12 plates on sled, Bravo!!! Is that a PB for you? That is just awesome and a nice range i weights too! Bravo & well done, I'd be beat too. Have a restful evening;)
