Oh my, I did my own Chair Kickboxing Circuit for practice and with the heat I was dripping wet at the end.

In this one I let them use a chair for balance during all the kicking and there's a lot of kicking.

So that was another 55 minute workout.

I am hoping this will help them to kick with better form

Hi Annette,

That sounds like a really good w/o. Never tried a kickbox w/ chair.

Today I was going out for dinner again... This time with a friend. Last night before my son comes home [emoji5] So again only an hour to w/o. It was meant to be lower body day, but I wasn't in the mood for weights or high impact as I did that HiiT yesterday, so I did another new to me w/o: Xtend Barre Lean & Chiseled. Really fast paced, total body and long barre section. Another really good one that I will be returning to.

That's excellent that you are liking all of your new workouts Henriette. Hope your dinner was delicious!!

I had a packed busy day, although did not get any workout in. I will probably just get in workouts every second day or so now while I am moving. Going to try to get in more walking as it really helps with stress. It is just so hot, so have to wait till when the sun goes down, though. Been 33 degrees here all week so far & looks as if it is only going to get hotter!
