Hi Annette,

Today I did an old Caroline G no weight leg workout. It was about 45 minutes. I am just so sore from yesterday's workout that I couldn't do anything else today.

You sure moved a lot yesterday, Annette! Have a great day and workout.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I came to the gym and did a 75 minute weight workout. I did barbell chest press, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps, shoulder, the back machine and the sled plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Whew!! A long one.

Nice that you got something in Siobhan.
