YT- Anabolic Aliens- 5 min Biceps Weight Plate Workout

Today I did Cathe's 2.0 Supersets - the whole darn thing. It was so good! I am sweating and feel worked out.

Annette and Nora - nice workouts from you both yesterday - and long!
Nora - I am sorry you didn't get the results you wanted re: your blood pressure - alas :(

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - 35-minute BUILD & BURN CIRCUITS cycling workout!= 34Min

Hi ladies,

Today I was at the gym, 1st 40 minutes I did my weight work bench, flyes, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Then I did 20 minutes of cardio using the sled going for speed pushing and pulling using 4 and 5 plates, then I finished with 25 minutes of floorwork and a stretch. I had a glitch in 1 of my shoulder blades so some moves hurt but I pushed through.

Nora, your kickboxing workout sounds good.

Siobhan, the whole thing ya say...that you will feel tomorrow.

Linda, nice variety for you.

Pool day tomorrow for me.
