A Gym workout= 65 minutes with weights, including barbell press, DB chest work, DB Biceps, and Triceps and back machine and the sled. Plus added on abs and eg floor work, and a final stretch. Phew! That workout hits it all, take no prisoners, WTG & Bravo!! Have blessed day
