Today's workouts:

Hydrow Circuit Training #32- 20 min. Circuit: Rowing & Weights EMOM
IFit- Basic Mobility Elliptical Workout # 13 - 18 min.
Blender- "15 min, Express STS 2 Legs

Hi ladies,

Today was 65 minutes of weight work including barbell press, dumbbell flyes, dumbbells hammer and concentration curls, overhead triceps, the back machine and the sled. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Plus a stretch.

Keep up the great workouts everyone!!

Annette- Great job on today's workout with:

A Gym workout= 65 minutes with weights, including barbell press, DB chest work, DB Biceps, and Triceps and back machine and the sled. Plus added on abs and eg floor work, and a final stretch. Phew! That workout hits it all, take no prisoners, WTG & Bravo!! Have blessed day;)

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- 45 Minute Rhythm Ride Indoor Cycling Class- Apr 3, 21= 49 Min
