Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did my own mish mosh of a workout using the EDT method. I did chest/shoulders + biceps/deadlifts + a bit of no weight lower body + stretch. all in - 1 hour.

Today was Trisets Upper Body Live. This is another workout that has a great core segment.

Today I stayed home and did 45 minutes of the Ultimate Taebo workout. It was good and I sweated.

I get my hair cut this afternoon. So warm today, I opened a window.
