Hi gals,

Here is what I have done today:

1. Last night when I couldn't sleep, I worked on new moves for a Kickboxing workout. So I tried those this morning to some of my music. Ended up being about 30 minutes of some drills.

2. I put in Cathe's Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps and did selected exercises, then I put in Gym Style Chest and triceps and did selected exercises there too. About 30 minutes.

3. Then I did the Cardio Conditioning premix off of Cathe's Kick Punch and Crunch which is like 37.5 minutes.

4. Then I did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs and legs.

Think I am done now. Need to eat
