Hi Siobhan,
Today I did KCM Circuit Burn one of the premixes which was 32 minutes. So cardio, weights and boxing all in 1 workout, then I didn't burn enough calories so I came to the gym and did 37 minutes on the elliptical and 17 minutes of biceps and floorwork for abs and glutes.
So now I can go home satisfied that I burned enough calories, yay!
