Hi ladies,
Today I stayed home and did my 43 minute Kickboxing Interval 2 workout. And since Joseph forgot to put beeps in at the ends of all the 1,2,and 2 minute segments it made for an intense,fast paced, pick up your weights fast workout. Whew!! I was sweating.
Then I spent about 10 minutes doing the extended moves for the Kickboxing Interval 1 workout, no music just doing the moves over and over to see how they flow.
I have a physical therapy appointment this afternoon so pray they can help me with my arm.
Oh and sleeping was hit and miss last night because my doctor wasn't fast at getting my Lunesta refilled so I didn't have it last night. Rough night.
