Hi Everyone,

I hope I got the date correct.

Today I did my own workout blender of RWH chest/shoulders/biceps/back + SSOD pilates + my own stretch.

Annette - how do you have the stamina to work out for that long? Very impressive

Well thank goodness we've all got steady incomes coming into the house. It means a lot right now.

Today was cardio slam plus abs and a 30 minute walk.

Ceci I am eternally grateful to the universe that our house has remained intact .

Hi ladies,

Ceci, I guess from teaching my class for anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and then doing my own workout be it weights for 45 minutes or longer and/or the elliptical for 45 minutes to an hour, when I was at the gym I just got used to it.

I am thankful for still having paychecks during all this, my husband is a hard worker.

Today I did 30 minutes of some lady's kickboxing workout on YouTube. Before that I tried a new move that I may incorporate into one of my newer workouts that I am tweaking.

Anyway I did a Taebo Cardio Inferno workout that was 45 minutes on YouTube and then 25 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

So I am done now. Need to eat!!
