Hi Annette (and Cathletes),

Today I did a mix of Caroline G's push-up and abs for 30 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of CG's shoulders. Now, to stretch.

I have to move my younger sister out of her house today. She is still unconscious - 4 weeks. yikes.

Annette - I remember when you were teaching or tutoring. And yes, we will slow down at some point - me, before him.

Sorry to hear about your sister, where will she be going? Praying for her and you.

Today I came to the gym and did 75 minutes of weight work including dumbbells for chest, back, biceps and triceps, machines for back and shoulders, leg press machine, floorwork for abs, legs and glutes then ended with the sled pushing with arms and pulling with the strap, with 3, 4,5 and 6 plates.

No cardio for me, I burned enough calories just doing what I did.
