Blender- Double It- High Step Circuit Challenge - 25 min.
Bitgym- 10 min. Bike Ride in Tamil Nadu, India
Bitgym- 16 min. of rowing on Yadie Creek, in Australia

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a very short 35 minute mish mosh workout of Cathe's Stacked LB - 12 minutes, got bored, moved onto RWH Circuit LB which was more exciting. I did about 25 minutes of that. I am sweating.

Great workouts yesterday everyone!

Linda - nice mix of cardio and weights today
Annette - that's tough news about your water heater and it's cold so you don't want a cold bath either. I hope it all works out today
Nora - it's good you got in most of your workout

I've been to Australia twice, beautiful place. Lots to see and do and the people are so great too!

Hi ladies,

Well after getting the new one in yesterday and it having issues with the lower thermostat not the element. We did turn it on and the upper thermostat worked and we eventually had hot water. So we got showers today,YAY!!

So I made it to the gym did a 95 minute weight workout I did chest and back to make up for missing yesterday's workout. Plus I tried to do the sled for both cardio and strength but alas that didn't work. Still did what I could with the sled (note to self don't go gun ho on the sled first and then try to add lots and lots of weight won't work), ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch. I. Am. Beat.

Nice workouts ladies and yes, it is cooler this week and our water is still very cold. Glad we were able to get a hot shower this morning.

See you tomorrow for another grueling workout,LOL!
 
Nice job Annette with a 95 minute workout at the gym today….I’d say you made up for yesterday :). And it sounds like you are almost back to normal with the heater….yay on that!
