Guten Morgen meinen Freundinnen,

Grade 10 german!

Hello my friends in fitness. This morning I did Cathe's Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance premix minus legs and abs. I skipped over the lower body segments. I forgot how tough muscle endurance is. I might pull that out soon. Then I added on Exhale Core Fusion's Body Sculpt Abs for 10 minutes.

Have a good day y'all. I am at the agency tonight so no guarantee I will workout tomorrow.

No workout today late meeting, today's challenge is I will eat 6 small clean meals!

Okay, now we covered the French portion of our check in.:D

Today was Cardio and Weights. That workout is pretty easy for me now, go figure.

I have my water bottle handy and ready. Doing better but not stellar with the sugar issues, however.
Carmen - Like you say, so much of what we eat has sugar in it!!!
