Today I did CTX 10/10/10 (thanks for the idea Annette) and 10 minutes of H/C February. I will be doing Travis Elliot Short and Sweet at lunch for wellness month.

Today was Legs and Glutes. I was still sore after Butts and Gutts on Sunday!!!

I did Pure Strength selected exercises for every muscle group but legs and also did abs.
