Hi Everyone,

Today I did Lite Lower Body Pyramid. That was actually tough. I added on 10 minutes of Milhoy no weight lower body workout + a 10 minute pilates workout. I did my own stretch.

Now - to move on with my day.

And yes, very strict here. A 17 year old in Ottawa was playing basketball alone. 2 bylaw officers fined him $700. Puhleeze. That's aggressive.

Ceci that’s INSANE. I am really unsure what they expect these kids to do. Their lives have been turned upside down in every area. Have some compassion SMH

Today was All Out LI HIIT and a stretch.

No walk today as it’s raining.

Yea, that is extreme. My middle son goes hiking alone and nobody hassles him. Unbelievable!

Today I tried the 140-150+bpm freestyle kickboxing and I really loved the mix of beats. It was 47 minutes long and I wore my wrist weights.

Then I did Groove to the Beat circuit with all the new changes and it went very well, it is 49 minutes.

Then I did 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Now I am through with my workout.

It rained here earlier but has stopped now and the sun is out.
