Hi ladies,

Annette - We are all shapes and sizes and that is what makes life interesting. As long as you are happy and healthy, that is all that matters.

Carmen - I did Intensity today ( not the extra bootcamp segment ) and it is tough. I did the floor hiit on my rebounder, although I ended up doing the tuck jumps and air jacks on the floor in the step segment. The rebounder really helps the joints and enables me to do these workouts on a carpet floor ( that is cement underneath, after all, it is the basement).

I added 100 crunches for fun. I like this step segment better than Two the Max and Athletic Training. More fun...
 
Hi ladies - today I did Xtrain Burn Sets chest, back shoulders. time on this one just flies by!

Its gorgeous here today. Picture perfect blue sky. Thinking warm thoughts for you if you have snow today.

Thanks ladies for the support, I just need it every now and again to keep me in check.

Today I did the 'This is Taebo' taebo workout started out with weighted gloves on but took them off about a third of the way through, it was just too fast to have a correct form. But I did just about 45 min. of it and burned a whopping 1142 calories so I am happy.

After my rant yesterday I was down a pound this morning but I am still gaining and losing the same 2 or 3 pounds over the last 3 months but down is still good.

Ahhh Annette - we go up we go down.

I had a physical last week and my weight is.....

UP! one pound since last year - which is up a couple of pounds from the previous year which was up a couple of pounds from the previous year before that!!!!

Today I did STS Meso 2 workout whatever - chest/shoulders/triceps. It was one hour of goodness. I love STS.
