Before this I had gone to get blood drawn and I have lost my calendar [emoji52]. Please pray I find it.

Hi Annette and all still to follow,

I hope everyone had a nice Easter. Definitely sounds like it.

Friday after a super early start at the office I went straight to the bball club. There were special festivities for the kids, clinic with an ex pro player, bingo, pancakes etc and this year I was in charge of organizing it together with another mom. When I finally made it home at night I had been gone for 14 hours and still had stuff to prepare for the family tournament on Saturday morning, so with my head still exploding I was all to keen to get to bed and miss my w/o.

Once all the stuff at bball was over and done with on Saturday and everyone had had a good time I basically collapsed on the couch and staid there for a few days reading, relaxing and trying to get rid of my headache. I did go for some walks, so most days I more or less managed my goal in steps, just no w/o.

Today I was back at the office and tonight I finally managed a short w/o. I did KCM 30MTF stepboxing workout 1. With my head being so bad and sleeping like crap it was all I could handle.

Hope to be up and running, doing longer w/o's again soon... But for now I will have to go a little easier.

Time to get steaming. I bought a face sauna so I can hopefully release some of the tension in my forehead.

Hi all! Annette, I hope you find your calendar! I still use a 2 year planner tucked in my purse next to my phone. I can't seem to "plan" on my phone like others can. Henriette, I hope your head gets better. I get migraines and dizzy spells so I feel for you. The pain is unrelenting. I did a Cathe Live today. It was ok ...I think I'm still tired. I still burst into tears here and there. Plus I'm a bloated mess.

sounds like you you are taking care, Henriette. & hey, you got your steps in! Awesome. I'm having some head/face ache troubles myself here where the blood vessels burst around the eyes & cheek and travels down my shoulder (is that the same you have?). No fun. And, I just got my order the weekend of essential oils, so you reminded me that I should do a steam (just over the sink) this evening with scotch pine & lavender!
Been thinking of you, Peg. (((hugs))). Do not feel bad that your profound loss comes over you to lose "control". I think it is all natural. I am so sorry for all of your pain.

I just did a quickie Jessica Smith 10 minute standing abs. I will probably get in some stretching tonight, if I am up to it!

Ok to let it out, whenever....IMO, it's part of the acceptance and healing process...many times I have "told my parents " how I wish they were here, but you know what? They are....and I just forget that sometimes......
 
Hi Everyone,

Ever since the leak in my basement and the desk being dismantled, its just not easy to check in anymore - or workout. Today I did cathe's bunny hop workout from the blender. it was really good.

whoa - we are all either busy or in pain! it's good to share. Peg - hugs to you - and for you bloating :) I hate that feeling.
