Hi ladies. Miss working out with you all. New job is going good. Im learning his ways. Previous assistant was really more of a secretary, and not to technical so I hve lots of paper to shuffle. I introduced an electronic calendar to him and we shal see.....
Not working out for rest of month to really rest knee. High five on all the great workouts.

Hi gals, I had a morning sub job but got off early, so I did a little shopping then came home to do a workout.
I did the rest of that really long taebo workout from yesterday (30 min. till the end) then since I wanted some weight work I put in Get Ripped Taebo and did most of the weight section that Billy does on it which is cardio also. So I got upper body in and cardio and burned a boatload of calories to boot. I am happy. Oh and there were abs in there also with the weights.
Today I did Tracey Mallett's FIT. I did the first two segments as that was all I had time for. This is really a cardio workout due to the compound moves. It's pretty tough in parts but really enjoyable.
Carmen - I hope everything works out well with your new job. There will be time to workout in May, I'm sure.
Annette - a boatload of calories burned - that would nice.
Conni - I love LBB. Good cardio and just fun all around.
