Today was a long circuit at the gym, upper body weights, sled for cardio, lower body weight machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes, and heavy bag work, 100 minutes total.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength- 30-min FULL STANDING F. B.& Abs = 32 Min
KCM 30MTF- "Raw" More Than Just Strength- Heavy Up & Move = 33 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 15 min METABOLIC BOOSTING cycling workout = 15 Min
TaeBo Flex Express =21 Min
Lauren Brooks- Kettlebell Incinerator -D1- Swing Sandwich= 8 Min

Great job on today's gym workout done cicuit style consisting of:

Upper Body weights, sled for cardio, Lower body weight machines
Then floorwork , abs, legs, and glutes.
OMG you added heavy bag after all of that
