Hi Everyone,
Today I did Milhoy plyo workout - 35 min + 10 minutes SSOD pilates + chest from Cathe's pure strength (always enjoyed this workout). Now to stretch.
Lisa - I am with you - our income has not yet been affected. Sure, my business slowed down a bit but not by too much since going online (which I will keep!). My DD got laid off but the federal government money kicked in right away - gotta love the Canadian way
