Hi Everyone,

Today I did Milhoy plyo workout - 35 min + 10 minutes SSOD pilates + chest from Cathe's pure strength (always enjoyed this workout). Now to stretch.

Lisa - I am with you - our income has not yet been affected. Sure, my business slowed down a bit but not by too much since going online (which I will keep!). My DD got laid off but the federal government money kicked in right away - gotta love the Canadian way :)

Great workouts from us all once again yesterday. Enjoy your day everyone.

Hi ladies,

We haven't been affected by the loss of work, my husband is still working alternating between at home and at the office.

Today I did my own Tribal Circuit 1 which was 45 minutes. Then I found a lady's at home workout that was kickboxing so I did it. She was hard and no I don't know who she was but it was 42 minutes of sweating. I held 2 pound walking weights, then dropped to 1 pound weights then dropped them. Then I did floor work for 10 minutes for abs and legs.

I am beat!
