Hi Annette & Geoff (so happy to see you 2 days in a row Geoff! the more the merrier here!),

Today I did 40 minutes of move with nicole and my own stretch. Annette, Flex Train is one of Cathe's small to medium weight full body, almost metabolic workouts. My DD is considering powerlifting. She loves the gym and goes 6 days per week. My other DD also workouts most days but she is similar to me (home fitness).

And Geoff - some days call for shorter workouts. It's great you squeezed something in.

Hi Siobhan and Geoff,

Today I stayed home and found a lady doing these push and pull exercises that were different from my normal stuff. So I did her back, chest and tricep exercises (pull) then took a brisk fast walk around the block came in and did her push exercises for back, and biceps, took another brisk walk around the block came in and realized I forgot one of the exercises so I did it. All in all a 60 minute circuit workout. Not too shabby. Probably should do abs.

Nice to see you working out ad usual.

We have a new phone plan and now I can text internationally (to certain countries).
