I did a 10 minute Bodyweight HiiT with Mike D - youtube and Tamileee Webb Stretching for Flexibility 33 minutes. Sore from yesterday's Giant Sets.
I hear you folks on really taking in Cathe's older programs. I find the for weight lifting especially, the later releases after Low Impact Series are so, so fast. I know I cannot lift any significant weight for back work at that speed.

Unfortunately another unplanned rest day for me.
I've had a splitting headache since Monday and nothing is helping, so by Tuesday night I went to bed in tears rather than working out.
I hope to shake this horrible cold that I've had for over a month soon, so my head will hopefully also feel better.
Elsie - you are right, the new weights w/o's are fast! There's no way to lift as heavy as with the old ones.
