Good Morning all,

Today's workouts:

IFIt- "Petroglyph" Treadmill walk, Wadi Rum, Jordan - 19 min.
Blender- Perfect 15 Series- Perfect Hiit - 15 min.
STS Ab Circuits- # 4-Stability Ball Abs - 15 min. (this ab workout is actually 20 min. long, but I skipped a couple of the
exercises that I didn't like, but overall, a good little ab workout with the ball)

Hi Linda and all who follow,

Today was back and sled day, so it consisted of the back machine doing both 25 pounds on each side of the machine and 35 on each side. Then I did the rear delt machine, and then lying dumbbells overhead for back, and I added the dumbbell going back behind like a shoulder press but back instead of up.

Then I did the sled and managed to top out at ● 613 ●pounds !!! That is a new personal record. It was a bear to push but I did it.

The gym owner is going to video me doing the sled next week so who knows what I will be up to by then.

Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with a stretch. All in all an hour long workout.

Great job Annette on back & sled day with floorwork to finish…. Congrats on your
613 lbs record with the sled. I could never do that, so I am humbled & overly impressed with your accomplishment. That is just plain GREAT!

I agree with you I prefer the ab workouts that are 15 min or less mostly 10 Min ones.

Annette- WOW!! 613!!!! That is awesomeness bar none, bravo and high fives! Astounding gym workout for back and sled day. Bravo on your back and sled workout day.
Then adding on floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with a stretch. WOW!! and alldone in an hour. All in all an hour long workout. Wow that was an intense gym workout. You're a champion, go enjoy your day:)
