Today is L&G and ME abs. I have an easy day at work today..my boss is off :)

Today is TS #2 subbing the bike or TM for the cardio. I believe the weightwork is back & core.

Today is my dd's birthday. She's 23!:eek:

Good Morning Ladies!

Happy Rosh Hashana for those that celebrate :)

Today I'm doing a 20 min HIIT on my TM then a 40 m kettlebell work with Lauren Brooks's DVD.

My 8 &12 kg bells are on backorder but should be here in 2 weeks I also ordered AOS Newport to work towards a goal and The Kettlebell Way. Good thing I have my 15# bell to start with.

I'm really liking this form of exercise.

Still taking airborne and will more than likely continue taking it until the end of this week. I really don't want to be sick anymore this past month was bad for me and I really want to try to avoid getting any more cooties here .

I copied your rotation Deanie:eek:, and I'm glad I did ! I forget about the Timesavers and they are perfect for me right now !

I subbed 30 min. on the bike for the step.

Thanks for the compliment too but my picture is kind of fuzzy (my dd took it on my phone), so it's easy to hide age !;) The older I get, the more I am appreciating fuzzy pictures! :p;) (good thing , since my eye sight is failing! ha)

Hi everyone,

Crazy day here at work, so I must keep things brief.

Today was BM 2 - I did the Bootcamp premix ( 78 min) and that was really good. I just don't have the time to do the whole 90 whatever minutes.

Hi all,

I did a CTX warm up then did their chest and abwork then went onto do 16 min. of taebo with weighted gloves on then my son called for me to go and pick him up from work. But at least I got something in.

Deanie Well those kettlebells sure have revamped my enthusiasm for working out after coming off from being sick.

Although I look forward to my heavier kb to come in.

Conni - thank goodness for those premixes sometimes 90m is a bit much. Glad you had a good workout.

Annette something is better than nothing so kudos to you !

Lately my workouts have gone back to mid mornings due to all the running around that starts so early for us all here.
