Daily Check-In Tuesday 8/23

I took a rest day yesterday :roll eyes: and today I plan on 45 minutes of treadmill hills and sprints.

Tuesday is a short workout or none at all for me typically. This morning I took your advice Carmen and did Cardio Challenge by Tom Holland. I loved it. Less intense than tabata inferno but still intense. thanks for the tip.

Good morning ladies - I have serious DOMS today. Havent had that in a while. Today will be cardio and legs. I will let you know which one I end up doing.

Hi Ladies,

You guys are really off and running today!

Today was cardio - I did Patricks Step Appeal on an 8 inch step to add intensity, and then ab hits.

Hopefully starting an STS 1 rotation tomorrow!
 
Hi all,

I did PUB up only premix then did Body Max abs and stretch for my workout today. Plan to do another circuit workout tomorrow and the PUB down premix on Thursday. Hard to believe that I actually have a plan for my workouts this week. Whoo hoo for me!!!:D:D

6:30 pm check in: Hi ladies - I just finished 20 min Turbo Jam KB Cardio then did a 300 rep all leg workout. The leg workout clocked in at 14:41:65.

It was a good workout. Worked off lots of stress from work :confused:.

Great workout ladies!!
