Tuesday is a short workout or none at all for me typically. This morning I took your advice Carmen and did Cardio Challenge by Tom Holland. I loved it. Less intense than tabata inferno but still intense. thanks for the tip.
Good morning ladies - I have serious DOMS today. Havent had that in a while. Today will be cardio and legs. I will let you know which one I end up doing.
I did PUB up only premix then did Body Max abs and stretch for my workout today. Plan to do another circuit workout tomorrow and the PUB down premix on Thursday. Hard to believe that I actually have a plan for my workouts this week. Whoo hoo for me!!!
