Hey Tammy!

Today is Upperbody for me yet. I'm thinking maybe PS back/biceps/abs.

I hope I'm doing this right . How do we get emails when there is other posts on this thread ?

I've had insomnia for the last 4 or 5 nights. Last night I went to bed at 11 and got up at 2:45 . It's starting to wear me down . (unhappy icon was supposed to go here, but I can't tell if it will )

Anyway, Happy Tuesday Everyone ! It's good to be back !

Becky, did you want email notification when you post? Either way, you can change your choices in one of the editing areas. I don't recal which one. I have a 60 min TM run today and I'm thinking it'll be an iTread - its been ages since I've had Grace and her party music whooping in my ear :)

After about 2am this morning I had a hard time finding my deep sleep again until 5am then I had to get up - oh well - tis life eh?

Hi everyone!

Today was a new one for me - Jari Loves Ripped and Chiseled. I love it! Totally hi rep light weights. The only thing is that the Ab section is found in the bonus's, and it is the ab section from Slim and Lean, but I still felt it but good!
Back to cardio tomorrow, then I will wait to see what is up for August rotation. I may do the July one, did everyone like it??
 
Hi all, yesterday was a rest day, plus my back and the top of my shoulder is killing me so I don't think I could have worked out if I had wanted to.

Anyway I am still feeling it today so I did chest work (warm up off of MIS), then I did chest work off of Power Hour (no push ups), I think I did one off of MIS and I know I did a few exercises off of PS.

I then wanted a light cardio because I think part of my soreness/pain problem is the fact that last week I did nothing but taebo all week long so punching was out today. I did about 8 min. of a cardio off of Exercise tv but didn't like it, so I ended up doing the 1 mile booster walk from Leslis Sansome off of Exercise TV. It was quick but didn't bother my shoulder or back too bad.
