Good Morning Glories!!!

Sorry I missed yesterday, but it was my rest day :D Today is KB Way Empire State. I really need to mix up the KB workouts, I'm getting tired of doing the same thing each week.

I'm off to check yesterdays thread...
 
Tammy, you definitely need to switch things up. Boredom is a motivation killer!

I'm getting ready to begin MM. Unfortunately, I'm doing without the adid of coffee. Due to a rapid heartbeat,my gyn suggested that I cut back.
the heartbeat is kinda freaking me out, so I'll give the no caffeine a try. :(

Phyllis, can you try decaf ?? That way you still have your "morning joe" .

Today is RS for me.

Hiking yesterday evening, so that was double duty for my legs after Strong legs in the morning !

Connie, the insomnia thing seems to have no rhyme or reason. Last week when I worked out like that I didn't sleep. Yesterday was my workout plus mowing the grass and hiking and I slept ! It doesn't make sense.

Hi everyone,

Becky - I hope that you can figure this sleep issue out at some point. I wish I could sleep through the night, but it never seems to happen, so at some point I can commiserate with you.:(

Today was LIC Lower Body Circuit, and I added the ab section before the stretch.

Phyllis - I need my caffeine fix also in the morning, and I have to be careful also, I could down a cup in nothing flat! Go Decaf, that will help alot!

Hi gals,

I did 35 min. of taebo with weighted gloves on and 30 min. at the gym doing biceps, triceps and legs. Lots of other running around too and the errands are finished.
