Hi Tammy and Becky,

Good workouts today, ladies, I hope they go well.

I did TF HiiT 25 today, and then CLX BC3 and Traceys Coreblast ball and bosu segments.

The HiiT workouts with this series are unbelievable. All of them are quite doable. I don't even use my rebounder and I find myself doing airborne jacks, etc. with Chalene! These segments are more choreographed, but not so that you will miss the intensity, as Chalene uses the break period to show you what is coming next. Fun!!!
 
Hi gals,

I did another Gilad workout off of Fit TV that worked legs, abs, shoulders, and biceps, I added triceps during the parts that I couldn't do, then I did Cathe's Gym Style chest just the flat work no incline work, then did another Violet Zak (I think) kickboxing workout off of Fit Tv for my cardio.

Nice variety to restart my workouts after having been off for a week.

Hi everyone - I came home for a quick bite to eat. Procedure went very smoothly (Thank the Lord). My husband is resting and will be home tomorrow.

Carmen ~ glad to hear everything went well :D

I REALLY struggled with IM#2...only made it through intervals 1-5. :confused: Guess I have a new challenge on my plate!
