Good workouts today, ladies, I hope they go well.
I did TF HiiT 25 today, and then CLX BC3 and Traceys Coreblast ball and bosu segments.
The HiiT workouts with this series are unbelievable. All of them are quite doable. I don't even use my rebounder and I find myself doing airborne jacks, etc. with Chalene! These segments are more choreographed, but not so that you will miss the intensity, as Chalene uses the break period to show you what is coming next. Fun!!!
