Hi Tammy,

Today was a circuit day, I almost did C&W, but rediscovered a great old premix - SJP/SB workout dvd - the premix combining the step from SB and the weights and abs from SJP - 68 minutes. I hadn't done this in ages! Cathe was really having fun in these workouts, and her expression was so happy - much different from the newer, edgier Cathe. I had fun sweating buckets!

thanks for the review conni - i will check that one out sometime. and I agree - cathe seems different in her newer dvd's.

today is a rest day for me but i couldn't help but squeeze in a short 30 minutes Ana Caban pilates workout. I did Pilates Body Sculpting. After having my second child - Pilates gave me for the first time: flat abs!!!!!! But I did it three times/wk in place of weights 'cos of a shoulder injury at the time. Hmmmm.

Enjoy your day everyone. It's a long one for me - at the agency tonight after work - but I love it!

Hi everyone - I got up early today and did SP 90 Chest/Back. Tried to go heavy for eight reps wherever I could. I'll try to do abs tonight after work, but I have to wear a holter monitor today for 24 hours. I've been feeling some chest discomfort for almost two weeks now and doctor will be doing some tests to rule out anything serious.

Tammy - I bought IM#3 from you :eek: I've given it a few tries..I guess its good for a mix up once in a while.

Connie - I'll have to try that premix this rotation....

Carmen ~ LOL on IM#3 dvd, forgot I sold it to you. I hope everything is okay...

Conni ~ Totally agree about the old Cathe and her older workouts. That premix is a good one.

Siobhan ~ I'm trying to incorporate more pilates and yoga into my rotations...definitely notice a difference when I do them on a regular basis.

My workout was less than stellar this morning...I had to stop early due to a dizzy spell. I will try to get a walk in later.
 
Tammy, appt. went well

Carmen- my workout was good... I did Slow and Heavy 2 exercises for chest and shoulders and one for back then did PSBB&A ab work.

Today I need to clean house and get everybody else to help also and go out and buy a few things for Saturday's graduation after party.
