Daily Check-In Tuesday 5-9

I did a Taebo Fat Blasting Cardio with ankle weights and weighted gloves today and made it through the whole workout!!!:)

I still need to make it through tomorrow so keep me in your prayers.

I changed my workout to a 40 minute run/walk. Alot of big hills! My butt was screaming! Felt great.
Hope everyone has a great night and great morning workouts for those who can do that in the AM (not me!)
