Early start for us this morning as I start work early today. No workout for me this morning, but I do plan to do my afternoon walking and swings.

Conni ~ What brand of rebounder do you have?

Good morning everyone,

I will be working out tonight - 4DS legs + one of Cathe's Hiit routines. Could not get up to workout as one of my daughter's saw an R rated movie trailer on you tube (bad unsupervising mommy!) and couldn't sleep due to nightmares. So, since I wasn't supervising earlier, I was allowed to supervise all night long and listen to every snore, breath and of course watch her repeatedly steal my blankets. Ahhh a mother's love. DH took one look around 11 pm and headed down to her bottom bunk for a restful sleep. nice!

have a great day everyone. and no.... I did not win this year - not even near the podium. Too many others things this year but I did participate faithfully. I'll get 'em next year.

Good morning early risers! Today is rest day for me. I need it. My wrists ache from all the plank work.

Today is my 9th Anniversary. We dont have anything planned for tonight, but hoping to do something nice for the weekend.

Hi gals, sorry that I have been MIA but last week I did walk away the pounds the 3 Mile one on Monday, then took a sub job on Tuesday afternoon that involved walking for 35 min. straight with a 5 min. break between classes and repeating that 2 more times for a total of 1 hour and 45 min. of walking outside in the sun, plus I had walked to the job.

Then on Wednesday I walked again and did the same on Thursday, I think my body needed the change which is good.

So today's workout was another 55 min. walk outside in the hot sun. Yesterday I had a sub job that had me walking up and down stairs numerous times during the day.

Got out of my classes early today, so I thought I would check in.

Carmen - Happy Anniversary!

Tammy - I have an Urban Rebounder, and I hear Jumpsport is good too. I love my UR. One thing I can say, you will get what you pay for as far as these things go. There are cheap ones out there, but they will not last long and are really noisy.

Yesterday I did Jillian's BFBM workout on my rebounder, then I added the core from ME.
Today was legs - I did Chalene's TJ lower body jam, TF core 20, and TF stretch 10.

Step tomorrow!

Not that anyone is reading anymore but I did my workouts:

4DS legs + a gliding workout by mindy mylrea - it was actually pretty great! leaves me looking forward to cathe's gliding workout (which I pre-ordered) and I did stretch max cos my back is bothering me. i'm glad i worked out. evg. workouts are tough for me.
