Good morning everyone,

I started meso 2 yday and was shocked at how HEAVY everything was! This is going to take some getting use to! I can't even imagine 90% at this point.

Today is BodyMax2 Timesaver cardio and Ab Circ Plates and Wts.

Hi everyone,

BRRRRRRRR, it is in the 40's at my place, Becky, and I really felt it when I was walking Sherman at 6:00 am this morning. The sun is out now, so that should warm things up pretty quickly, but come on, it is May already!

Today was Christi's Still Steppin' and the ball workout from coreblast.

Oh yes, Becky I was moving along at a nice clip!:D

Now we are in the 60's and I am really over dressed ! Oh well, we start warming up nicely tomorrow.
 
Ever have one on those days when you just can't seem to get a workout in uninterrupted?!? Well between that and my typing being off today...I have had one of those days. I finally did manage to do about 25 min. of weights using the warm up from CTX Leaner Legs then doing part of the CTX upper body split for back, chest and shoulders. Wanted to do cardio but like I said this workout was full of interruptions that made it last longer than 25 min. so no cardio today, sigh. Joining the gym is starting to sound nicer every day. I may do the 3 month thing and see how it goes. My dh doesn't feel it will be worth it unless I go everyday but he still says I can join.

So I managed the cardio, shoulders, and core from LIS...FF'd through the calf work. All in all it was a good workout.

Annette - An uninterrupted gym workout is most definitely worth it. If Mommy is happy the WHOLE family is happy! ;)

Becky - Nice workout!

Conni - It was chilly here in the morning, but it warmed up to be a gorgeous day!

Jane - I'm so scared of STS...I just keep putting it off!

Phyllis - RS is SO much fun!!!:D

Vilma - Someone has a birthday tomorrow ;)
