I finally feel better this morning. Had a migraine.

It's rest week so I'll do some yoga or stretching today.....
Phyllis, what do you do during rest week ?
I'll add some light workouts later, but yoga feels right for today.

Phyllis - I don't know if I would call Imax2 a "comfort workout"....hmm:rolleyes:

Today was IM2 and CW abs as a matter of fact...

Becky: Ouch! I am so glad to hear your migraine is over. Migraines are brutal and leave me out of it for days.

Conni & Phyllis: Enjoy that "comfort" workout! I think IMAX 2 is absolutely one of Cathe's best...ever!

I planned to take a rest day yesterday after not feeling myself but last night as I was lying in bed I realized there would not be time for one workout today let alone two (to make up for yesterday). I have hair and nail appointments today! So, I dragged myself out of bed at 9:30 and did CLX BC 1 as per my rotation and added on today's cardio (Chalene's Burn it Off). I'm tired but at least on track. Tomorrow it's back to business.
 
Hi all,

Today I did a blast from the past...I have decided to do something different this week that I haven't done in a very long time to see if I am jump start my weight loss again. So yesterday was hi/lo and kickboxing mixed with Kimberly Spreen and today was Cathe's MIC the hi/lo portion and stretch only. Boy you forget how high impact her hi/lo is but I did it with some modifications.

Yesterday I got a kink in my shoulder blade and my knee was killing me so I didn't want to do weights today, while my shoulder blade feels better my knee is now killing me again, sigh. I am just soooo old!!!:(

I start my new job tonight and I didn't want to be sooo out of whack that I didn't do a good job so I think this week will be a cardio only week doing workouts that I haven't done in a long time, we'll see how it goes.
