In a really really good mood today.

Did Low Max (6 intervals only due to time constraints) and CTX Kickbox incl. abs.

So what you all gonna do today?

Today is cardio, abs and possibly waking lunges...my hamstrings are feeling better finally! :+

Dutchie - I can't believe you were sick just a few days ago!

Wendy - Ouch those walking lunges!

Kim - L&G gives me the best results of any lower body.

Tammy - I think 10-10-10 is my favorite of CTX.

Sarah - your baby is adorable :)

I did LM yesterday - LOVE that workout. I was going to try som Imax3 but just didn't have it in me!
Today is GS - Chest and Tricep - maybe if I feel daring will add a few intervals!

Back to work - it's been a nice long wkend!
My DD IMed me from Quebec City - she is having a wonderful time. They leave for France on Friday! Good thoughts for a safe trip.

This morning I did KPC wu thru intensity drills and L&G floor work.

Everyone seems to be up early this morning and doing great workouts.
I can't seem to log on to FitDay. I hope the site is up later this morning. Logging my food helps me stay in check.

Hello again. My work out is completed:

Kick Max kickbox/bootcamp challenge
100 walking lunges
150 assorted cruches/sit-ups (some exercises done with 4 # med ball.)

Kim: I'm hoping that you can get on that treadmill for a bit. I know how you miss your cardio! :)

Tammy: How are your triceps feeling? }(

Robin: I haven't done a GS work out in full yet. I keep splitting them up. One day I'll have to be brave and do one in full! ;)

Elaine: Isn't KPC a great work out?

Melissa: Have a good walk/run!

Sandra: So where's the pics of the proud mamma on your pic. trail?:)

I am doing P90X Core Synergistics and a 5 mile run. I had alot planned to get done today but DH is home sick :( ...that won't make things easy...

I love L&G/KPC premixes but I have to make my own. I have them both on tape. I really need to get the DVD. Not able to spend right now:(

Good day, everyone,

Last night I did MIC. I'm pretty satisfied with myself. I did it on the 8" step for the first time in about a year, and it felt well within my capabilities. Doing a month of the HardCore series exclusively significantly improved my stamina for high intensity. It's good to see progress!

Dutchie - why the good good mood today? Are you feeling better?

Kim - have fun with LG! I love the music during the standing leg extensions and usually end up singing along.

Wendy - where do you do your walking lunges? Outside or inside? That was a great workout you did today! No wonder you're looking so good these days. I plan to upload a few more pics within a day or two; hopefully there's a decent one of me in the bunch :)

Tammy - you have an intense little workout planned for today. Enjoy!!

Robyn - give a few intervals of IM3 a try; they only get easier if you do them :) I'm glad to hear your daughter is having a great trip. I would love to visit France some day!

Elaine - nice workout! Getting the dvd with the premixes is a great investment.

Melissa - MM and and interval run would leave me feeling pretty sore, too. A nice walk sounds like a terrific way to ease the tension.

Carole - how does P90X's core work compare to Cathe's CoreMax? Harder, easier?

Teddygirl - excellent workout planned for today!

My workout for tonight will be MIS. It doesn't have the fun factor that her more recent weight workouts do, but it's effective, isn't it? And there's no leg presses, woohoo!

Hi Sandra,

I do my lunges in the house. Too embarrassed to take them outdoors! :p I have a small house with out a lot of long straight aways so I usually do about 5 lunges and then I have to turn around. It's a pain but I get it done.

Can't wait to see the pics!:+

Don't know why I'm in such a good mood today. Even offered to come into to work tomorrow as two of my colleagues are on sick leave. Mind you, only for a half day!

Maybe I'm just happy cause I'm well again ;-)
 
Hi all! Well, I came down with the flu BAD last week and am just now feeling somewhat normal again. I think it won't be until Monday before I can workout again. x( This flu hit me hard and FAST! I still feel pretty crummy, but hope that by Monday I'll be back to my old self.

Sandra!!! I've been off the boards for the past week since I've been sick! How are you??? Haven't seen you in awhile!! How's the litte one???

Hey ladies,

My workout is done, it was LG ankle wt. work and planned on doing yoga or treadmill but needed stretchmax more. It felt good, cause my chest is sore from yesterday and I can hardly move.

Finished.... ME followed by 400 jumping jacks, 10 minutes of jump rope, and 5 minutes of calf stretching. I broke it up because my calves couldn't take all of it at once. I did 200 jj's, 5 min jump rope, 200 jj's, 5 min jump with calf stretched in between sets and then a 5 minute calf stretch at the end.
 
Hi everyone,

I missed you guys yesterday (I did P90X Core Synergistics). Today was week 2 of the P90X Lean rotation, so I did Cardio X. I'm still not convinced that this is enough cardio for me to see a significant drop in my weight, nor am I convinced it's enough resistance work for me to see noticeable changes in my upper body, but I am able to do the workouts, so I'll keep at it and monitor my results during the recovery week.

As always, I continue to be impressed and motivated by the your workouts. I hope to one day post an after picture.
