Good Morning !

Yesterday was TERRIBLE eats, so today is get back on track day!!!

I'm thinking about doing a circuit with Jillian. Maybe the Banish Fat one ?? Not sure but I'll be back when I'm done .

Either thats one GREAT workout or I was just ultra sluggish after my bad eating and sporatic workouts of late. Probably it's a mix of both but I started out with a sweatshirt on.........ended with bra top and TWO fans blowing on me !
I was winded, and sweating !!!!!

I think this is my favorite Jillian workout to date !!!!!!

Becky - After doing No More Trouble zones yesterday I almost did that one! I really like how fast it goes! She has a knack, doesn't she? I may have to do that one tomorrow, just to get it out of my system!

I did Marcus Step Tools today on an 8 inch step, then Ab section 2 from Amy.
 
Hi gang,

Hard to workout with dh home for a week but today I did CTX upper body minus push ups and triceps push up and All Step abs and Leaner Legs warm up so all in all about 55 min. of weight work. Not bad, unfortunately I can't do cardio because I have to take the boys to the dentist. Sigh, tomorrow for sure.

I did LIS from 4DS (you gotta cha-cha, cross & triples) I still have that little ditty in my head. I did pretty good eating yesterday and today then broke down and had a huge cherry turnover for dessert!! :confused:
