Annette....There is nothing worse than getting stressed out about stress so I am sending you all the stress free vibes I can. I am sure whatever workout you can manage is a big help to your health overall.

My knee is tender so I did a "Strong Knees" dvd last night with exercises and stretching. It seems to help. I'll even massage my knee with a tennis ball in the middle of the workout if I have to and I found it helps. Tonight is a cardio and abs night. I am thinking whatever I do should be much lower impact. I do like the Amy Bento Rumble workout. We shall see what the my mood is when I hit the door, change into my workout threads, and stand in front of the DVD shelf!
Hi Everyone - Zumba was a blast last night. Today it will be CLX BC1 for me. This i s the last week of burn for me. I'm glad cause I'm ready for a change.
Today is my last day of work then I'm off for the holiday!!!
Thanks gals, I appreciate it. Unfortunately I have a 2 day subbing job today and tomorrow so no workout for me. My weight is still down so I am happy about that, the pain is more of an annoyance right now with irritation being a problem over downright pain.
I call to doctor tomorrow to see how we need to proceed. Thankfully it is an early dismissal at the school so I get out at 1 which will be nice.
I also have a job interview next Wednesday Dec. 1 for a job at the school I am subbing at today and tomorrow for a teaching assistant in special education so pray that I get the job, we need a steadier paycheck from me coming in.
