Yesterday was MIS and today is IMAX1. Really burning the calories with this November rotation.

Today is C & W. I think my body is finally adjusting to Intensity series! Thinking I will do a 4 week rotation and then maybe Body blast for a few weeks.

Hi everyone.

I decided to pick up on the Nov. rotation where I would have been had I not jumped off "the wagon" head first last week! LOL So I did Circuit Max. That's a tough one for me because of all of the high impact in the beginning! My knee that had been bothering me was feeling AWESOME and after jumping around to CM yesterday it started to hurt again.:(

Today calls for GS Legs which I don't have so I will be deciding between Leaner Legs and the ME lower body premix...unless I get super sadistic and do them both back to back!!!}( From what I hear about GS Legs, doing them back to back is probably what I SHOULD do, no? }(

Last day of work for me this week - YIPPEEE, I'm so ready for a break!

I am doing a lower body workout today - probably PLB. I haven't made up my mind yet and I don't have a rotation for this last week of November, so patiently waiting for Cathe to display December's. :)

I saw somebody in town last night with their Christmas tree up and lights on!!! I couldn't believe it. Now, I'm very excited for Christmas this year, but even I wouldn't plug the lights in even if my tree was up. WOW!

Jane, I did Imax yesterday too. Today is 30 minutes step and PUB. I'm doing it later after I chaperone my 7 yr.olds field trip to see "Chicken Little" I'll need to relax after that!LOL!

HEY WENDY!!!!How are you HONEY! Take it easy on that knee if it's bothering you. You don't want to set yourself back! GS legs is a GOOD ONE but make sure doing LL and ME BtoB is not going to put too much pressure on your knee. Ya hear me??

I did MM this morning and holy cow I was sweating my butt off. It's a long time since I have done a total body workout and man that was intense, but I enjoyed every minute of it. }(

Great workouts everybody as always!

Hi Ladies,

You guys had awesome workouts, nice work! :p :p

Last night, Legs & Glutes. This morning, MIS upper body, tonight, Cardio Kicks with leg drills from Kickmax.

I got my Hardcore Extreme DVD yesterday :9 :9 I watched the first workout which was Interval Circuit and I liked it. This morning I got an e-mail saying my GS C&T was shipped, I tracked the order and its due here tomorrow, YES ;-) :p I already have HE on me schedule for Thurs Friday and Saturday.

I hope I can hold out till next month before ordering GS legs, GS BSB. Have a great day all.

Elaine...rest is good for getting over the cold. I had 2 rest days last week.

Teddygirl...Hardcore Extreme has some killer workouts! I think eventually you will have ALl the GS workouts!

I'm doing L&G ankle weight segment, a 4 or 5 mile run, chest & back and abs.
