This morning will be a 30 min treadmill run followed by 4DS shoulders/core.

I had a migraine all weekend and yesterday. It's actually lingering this morning- so I haven't been working out.
If I feel better this afternoon, I'll do sts chest/biceps/shoulders.
How is everyone ??

Becky - Sorry about the migraine. Did you read that they just approved Botox for migraines???

Today was TF Hiit 15, CLX Push Circuit 2, and TF stretch 10. Thank you Chalene!
 
Hi ladies - I just finished half of Rock Hard Body by Jake - Total Body. Its mostly plyometric workout 45 sec of work, 15 sec of rest. Doing half clocks in about 20 min then I add a short warm up in the begining and8-10 min of stretching at the end. So about 30 min total.

Connie- thanks. I DID see that. but it's only approved for patients who suffer with a migraine 15 or more days a month. I get them only once a month or so. They last 72 hours, so they really put me out of commission, but I wouldn't qualify.
