I hope Labor Day was enjoyed by all. I didn't DO much of anything but that was how I wanted it. :)

Today, I will be brought back to reality starting with 4DS KB.

Good Morning Phyllis and all who come after

Today is 45 min on the treadmill and sm#3.
Yesterday was great: great weather, the boys were out side almost all day - hanging out in the neighborhood, and I was on the deck reading almost all day! What could be better?;)

Phyllis ~ enjoy 4ds kickbox! Its my fave of all cathe's kb workouts!

Vilma~ happy belated bday to your ds!! hope it was a good one!

Hi Phyllis, Good Morning Everyone !

I was sick the first half of the long weekend (fri/sat). The rest of it was GREAT !
Got work done around the house, and errands done but also had lots of time on the new screened in porch......relaxing, & cooking out .:D

What's everyone doing for Sept ?? I can't seem to make up my mind.:confused:
I've looked at FF's leg blast rotation and think that looks good but have several others I'm considering...including doing BBC for a few weeks.
Any ideas?

G' Lovely Morning Ladies.


Well DS had a grand ol time yesterday and I didn't eat any cake, chips or soda! :D

While they were eating I did my 2nd week day 1 of the PU challenge - I did them all on my toes but was glad for the rest times lol.

Since Cathe still has not posted a rotation for this month .....I'll be revisiting FF's Circuit Rotation; in July I did two weeks off that rotation and like it so now I plan to do the entire rotation followed with her Leg Blast one.


I'm down 1 pound from yesterday so thats good but I'm determined to stay on plan with not succumbing to the junk food this month, & just eating better.


Phyllis Have fun with 4DS KB - that one is nice.

Hmm, not sure about September. I'll see what Cathe offers. I like FF's Get Ready for Summer rotations 2008. I meant to do that one but never got around to it, so it's now a possibility.

Phyllis - I loved that FF summer rotation, I was tempted to go back to it, but I opted for the newest one.

Becky - Hope you are feeling better, no fun being sick.


Today was cardio - Christi's Step Heaven and the ab section from LIC.


Do you guys take Midol or Pamprin when that time of the month is emminent? I didn't know if this stuff was supposed to be bad for you or what..

In fact, I just finished 4ds LIS/HIS ubpremix !!

I DID do this one when it came out and remember loving it AND seeing results, so I'm doing it again !!!

I like that Debbie puts in the generic breakdown too so it's super easy to sub if you want or need to.

Anyway, workout complete, now it's on with my day!
I'm just happy to have figured out what I'm doing for the month !

Hi gals,

I did ~15 min. of Slow and Heavy chest work (no incline work) that was with the warm up. Then I did 15 min. of taebo with weighted gloves on for my short cardio. Got lots to do today so it was short and sweet.

Done with Today's WO

Just finished LowMax and may OH my - my legs are feeling soooo warm :p

Conni I have found I can not take midol or pamprin as whatever is in that stuff knocks me out and makes me feel woozy and very ,very sick. I just use plain old advil or tylenol for TOM along with magnesium tablets which help I also take Estroven every day and they seem to dull the symptoms too.

Phyllis, I hope you see this. It's late and I just saw what you wrote. (with no email notifications, I miss alot of posts!)
I love this premix and do it pretty often.
It hits all of the u/b really hard, esp. shoulders & biceps !
I think you'll enjoy it.
