Good Morning gang!

Well, I decided I'll do Cathe's Sept rotation, probably with some modifications. When she calls for steady state runs, I'll probably do strength work instead.

I'm not sure what to do about the pushup challenge for now. I'm kinda tired of it and also it takes a lot of time. So, it's on hold. Mybe , I just need to get my energy back and I'll feel better about it.

So, today is CTX step intervals(cardio only) and a CM segment.

I'm tired...I was in a DEEP sleep when the alarm went off :mad: This morning will be a total body circuit. Yesterday I ended up on the treadmill after work for 40 minutes.

Phyllis ~ I'm looking for my energy too :confused:

Today is LL. Can't believe I got up :eek: - was up half the night with DS12!! Poor boy :( he wasn't feeling well.

Phyllis ~ enjoy your nice shorter workout! I felt the same way about the pushup challenge. After I did 124- 114 in week 4, I wondered why I even need to continue. They were time consuming and I already did 100, so I stopped:p

Becky ~ I am honored you liked the rotation I made! :) I've been doing heavy lifting for a while and needed some endurancce.

Vilma ~ Glad you are happy with your Kettlebells!!

Good Morning Gang !

Hi Phyllis ! Have fun with the Sept rotation !

I am doing BBC this week and today I'm doing shoulders & back.

I don't know what I'm doing about pushups either. I was going along just fine and then hurt my wrist and had to stop. Now my wrist is fine and I haven't gotten back to it .:eek::(
I need to , but like you said , it was really starting to take some time .....and I guess I'm being lazy about it.

It was another short night. I got around 4 hours of sleep. :(

Phyllis I've let go of the PU challenge too for now - I'll get around to it sometime again so no biggie.

Tammy argh Don't you just hate that? I can't stand when the alarm wakes me up when I'm in such a good deep sleep & just not ready to get up.

Deanie posts w/ smilies are always a great thing :D LL = Leaner Legs ? Wow I haven't done that one in years lol I'm going to need to remember my CTX series those I have in the nice boxed VHS set.

Becky Oh dear we surely need to send Mr. Sandman over to your place and make sure he gives you a bit more sleep. I would be a zombie at 4 hours! :(

Busy morning here at work, crazy stuff!

Okay, today was a step workout and ab hits on the rotation - I did Marcus' Step Pro and the Ab Hit MIS.
 
Okay I did BBC shoulders & back, skipping abs since I did them yesterday . Also 30 min. on stationary bike.

Vilma, I seem to average about 4 hours anymore ! I don't know why and I HAVE asked my doctors, who just prescribe Ambien or Lunesta and I guess I am supposed to take it forever ....................??
Maybe it's perimenopause, but it sure seems extreme !
Often I sit up all night and get NO sleep and don't nap during the day. Some nights I give up and take Tylenol PM.
Valerian root seemed to help for a while so I may go back to that. The L-theanine I am taking now doesn't seem to be helping at all.
It's very frustrating and sure wears me down !:(

Okay sorry for the rant ! Didn't mean to make this a whiney post !!:eek:

Hi all, despite my vertigo coming back during my workout with a venegance (sp?) I managed to do PUB up only chest work, then did MIS abs, then Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp kickbox premix. All in all a good workout but the vertigo about made me nauseaus (sp?) which didn't feel very good. My cough was a little better this morning so I am happy about that, though not gone completely.

At least I am getting my workouts in which is a good thing right now for me.

Deanie ~ I hope DS feels better soon. Way to go with LL, I love that one.

Becky ~ Not being able to sleep is so horrible, I hope you can find some relief.

Phyllis ~ I am glad you are feeling better. I changed my mind about the September rotation..maybe next month.

Vilma ~ I have lost my enthusiasm for all workouts :mad: so I am just doing my own plan.

Conni ~ I don't know which is worse, slow days at work that drag or busy days :confused:

Tammy I hear you on the enthusiasm department reason why I'm not following a set rotation and doing my own thing here also.

I just got burned out on so much Cathe rotations and not having any fun doing them.

Reason why I switched it up as I have :)
