Sorry gals - no wo to report. I am intrigued by all the kettlebell stuff floating around. Maybe, I'll put that on my gift list for this season. :) I'll just have to figure out exactly what to ask for.

I hope everyone had an OK Monday. I didn't watch the WS last nite - well, maybe a few minutes - but I hear that it was a tie and they called a rain delay. Too bad - everyone was so pumped up!

Today was LIS and CTX kickbox abs. I am cutting my cardio for a while and see how that goes.....

Phyllis ~ we watched the first 2 innings last night, we were hoping to wake up this morning to find the Phillies had won.

OMG, if you live around here - there WASN'T anything else on TV. You could almost hear the cheering from everyone around GO,GO ,GO!!
 
I did hills on the bike for 45 minutes and an extended stretch.

Connie, I watched DWTS up until this year and I just couldn't get into it. I don't think the dancers are nearly as good this season, and I wasn't a huge fan of any of them......but then, I only watched the first show.

So does the WS game last night even count , since it ended a tie ??

Hello Ladies!

I've been so busy with life here that my energy level is qaput .

Anyways On Saturday my son had his cross country regionals and he did very well. Had to drive both ways so I was gone all day and didn't get home till after 4ish

Sunday I did CCPP plus the add on
Yesterday was The Kettlebell Way and I'm now using my 18 lb bell just waiting for my 26 lb bell thats been on back order

I just got home from getting my car serviced and now I'll be jumping on my TM with CCv6 Sean's version.


I've been so tired lately perhaps its because its TOM for me or I'm just tired lol

Hi all,

Today I decided to do weights only. I did Slow and Heavy warm up and chest work minus push ups, then did Body Max abs and stretch. It is very windy and cold here today and there is talk of snow in the forecast. UGH!!! Not ready for that it is waaaaaaaaaaay too soon.
