Election day everyone! Don't forget to vote! Does anyone have any major races happening? NJ has the governor thing going on.

Cardio and abs today. I like to do my abs first as I hate laying on the mat when I'm all sweaty. I'll do the med ball abs and then a DM premix.

Hi everyone,

Today was Kelly's The Shape of Things to Come. I was impressed with doing a complete circuit workout in less than an hour. I did add on some of stretchmax at the end, as I think the stretch was a little short, but otherwise Kelly really did her job on this one!​
 
Late check-in for me. I had to be in the office by 6:30 this morning and I didn't get out of there until 4:30 :( I could have stayed all night and still not have been caught up :mad:

Anyway, I did the rushed version of PUB :p

Conni ~ I'm partial to Asics for running shoes so I got another pair of them.

Phyllis ~ Glad STS is working out for you...if only the workouts weren't so dang long.

Yes, Tammy it is healing nicely, still a little swollen but good. Late check in forgot I hadn't done it yet.

I did PS warm up, triceps (no dips), biceps dumbbell work only and abs for my workout today.
