Hi Carmen,

This morning I did Harstrikes all the way through. Ooooh I really liked it - all of it. Ab work was tough for me.

It was one fun workout that moved quickly. For me, Cathe is the best at kickboxing workouts.

Ironically Hard Strikes seem to be getting the worst reviews out of the new series. I am good with it for now, but I can see the jumping jacks and ropes will get old for me at some point.
Don't those gloves get on your nerves?:cool:

Today was Burn Sets - Back, Shoulder, and Chest. I also did Floorcore section of V core. I went heavy for a change on the weights, probably will not do that often though.
 
I did a hodge podge of workouts today, I did 30 Min. to Fitness-Weights the Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders one with active standing abs. Then I did a 15 min. Cardio Express off of 30 Min. to Fitness- TLC but it really was only 10 min. of cardio and 5 min. of stretching. I was down another .6 pounds today so that was good.
