CTX kickbox followed by KM blasts, Phew! I topped it off with CM1. I'm ready for a shower.

Annette, nice job pushing through that "I dont wanna" feeling! Maye be you can start fresh with the Feb rotation.

Rest day for me today. I really hope Cathe posts the Feb rotation so I can start it tomorrow.

I think I'm going to do CC#3 on the treadmill, followed by some yoga.

Good Morning Fit Friends!

Today I want to do upper body. Am not sure yet (any favorites you'd suggest??) , but am considering ME UB split 44 min. premix.

Maybe some TM or bike time later too.

Right now DD is on a one hour delay due to MORE SNOW!
I'm sick of it & ready for spring!!!

Heather I went back and saw your reply about the light. Thank you!
I dont' know why, but I seem to miss a lot of your postings....but I got it now!;-)

Today was MM, which was nice considering we didn't have that in the rotation this month. I will say I am getting tired of the GS set, I am hoping Cathe doesn't use those next month!

I decided on one body part a day (my all time favorite way to workout!:D ) and did CTX shoulders only and 45 min. on the stationary bike!
 
Thanks everybody I did take the day off so hopefully my plan is to work out tomorrow and then again on Friday, doing every other day this week to see how it goes.

Again thanks for the encouragement.
 
Daily Check-in

I am still pressing on! After a short quiet time this morning, I did the Kickbox cardio including the arm drills followed by Pyramid Upper Body. I love both of these workouts.

This is another cold night. I enjoyed my warm home and bounced on my rebounder instead of venturing out to the club. My meals and snacks are packed for tomorrow. I am ready for a warm bubble bath and a restful night of sleep to recharge for IMAX2 in the morning!
