Daily Check-in
I am tired tonight. I need to start getting more sleep at night. My eating is clean. My rotation is balanced. I have made many positive changes this year, but I am still staying up too late at night. That will be my downfall eventually if I do not turn it around soon. My goal is to be asleep by 10:00 p.m. so I can wake up at 4:00 a.m. and have more time for Bible study and prayer before I face the world. I am a morning girl, and I feel so much better when I get to bed early and get up early. I started getting off track with my Bible study the week of the ice storm. It is so hard to get up on cold and dark mornings. I am ready for spring! I am tired of running late every morning and feeling rushed. Getting enough sleep at night has always been one of my greatest challenges. Thankfully, I am able to sleep. I just need to do it!
I did the Kickbox cardio and arm drills this morning followed by Pyramid Upper Body. I am planning to try Maximum Intensity Cardio for the very first time tomorrow morning. I need to preview it before I call it a day so I will know what to expect.
My meals and snacks are packed for tomorrow. It is time for a warm bubble bath and a Cathe preview party.
Phyllis, I hope you stay warm and get some sleep tonight.
Becky, I cannot complain about the 30s here after reading what you are enduring. Of course, anything below 70 is chilly for me. Brrr. Thankfully, it warms up to the 60s in the afternoon.
Jane, 17 is extremely cold for a Southern girl! I totally understand. I am so glad your son is recovering.
Wendy, I hope you can walk tomorrow!
Tammy, did you enjoy Leaner Legs?
Conni, I am sorry you are having such a rough time with allergies and your cycle. I hope you feel better in the morning.
Annette, bundle up and stay warm!
Blessings,
Heather B.
